Areas

Through research and collaboration, SAIL aims to challenge, impact and inspire in order to foster individual and collective growth.

Our Areas of Focus

At SAIL, our work spans from the individual to the world.

A research and innovation hub that showcases the power of collaboration. SAIL's structure was heavily informed by the work of Harvard's Professor John Kotter who reasoned how a dual operating system promoted collaboration and innovation within a structured organisation.

The 4 areas of SAIL flow from research to implementation that builds personal capacity and opens the door to partnership and collaboration. Whilst a highly collaborate team, each project area is driven by a Director whose leadership ensures that each initiative is driven with a blend of strategic vision and expert knowledge. The team's contributions as researchers and practitioners have established SAIL as a leading voice in education and thought leadership on a global scale.
