An article our SAIL Director (Wellbeing), Dr Jasmine Green,  wrote about the importance of teacher-student relationships. Through structural equation modelling, they took into account all significant interpersonal relationships in students lives, & it was revealed that teacher-student relationships accounts for the most variance in academic outcomes (ie., this particular relationships is most highly and significantly correlated with academic outcomes)!
